About us

Who We Are and What We Do

We are four committed students — Lilian, Deena, Pascal, and Sophia — from the Heimerer School of Social Care in Leipzig, and we share one common goal: making help visible and accessible.

With our social project, we aim to make it easier and quicker for people in difficult life situations to find the support they need.

There are often many support services — but not everyone knows where to find them or how to access them. That’s where we come in: we collect information, present it in a clear and understandable way, and make it accessible to everyone — low-threshold, easy to navigate, and with heart.

We firmly believe that every person has the right to receive support — regardless of origin, age, life situation, or language. That’s why accessibility for all is so important to us.

This project is more than just a school assignment — it’s a symbol of solidarity, social justice, and real help in everyday life.
